First, you should get back to EVE! Things had changed over the year, when you were nowhere:)

Could you inform us, did you managed to put ooe to Google Code, or to any sites like this ?

The tool is grat, i think somebody have to continue it, even this wont be you!

Unfortunately I have lost interest in OOE development, which is a pity because I’m quite proud of it . I haven’t played Eve in well over a year (at least) and for the moment, I don’t see myself returning any time soon unfortunately.

Shoving the project onto something like Google Code sounds like a reasonable idea, I’ll definitely investigate that option soon.

Am I right to assume that you either lost interest in OOE development or lack resources to continue?

Maybe you can hand over OOE to an open source project, like the Eve Dev guys? Or if you still want to retain control, put it as a project on google code http://code.google.com/hosting/ so people can take it forward. OOE is a great application, and I would hate to see it become irrelevant.

By handing over OOE you are not defeated and you do not lose face. Everybody comes to a point in RL when the circumstances force him to give up some of his dreams..

Is there a new version of Out of Eve being developed for the recent release of EVE: Dominion? OOE does not work with the new Dominion DB Dump as changes were made to certain settings with the release of Dominion!

i.e. at the moment when calculating the production costs it adds the costs to buy industry skill which I already have.
